Property Management is an incredibly valuable service offered by Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. (HKP). By choosing to make their home in our communities, our residents allow us to become a part of their day-to-day life while also spending a large portion of their income with us. It’s not a decision we take lightly.
In much the same way, by trusting HKP to manage their property, our partners are trusting us to become a permanent fixture in their property’s community as well. HKP ensures long term sustainability by successfully managing day-to-day property management and compliance operations.
