Vue Grand Opening
by Laurren Brown

We were so excited to welcome Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett to the Grand Opening of The Vue Luxury Apartments! This new community, with 211 brand new apartment homes, is part of the incredible growth happening in the heart of our beautiful city over the last few years. We are thrilled to offer our residents  a chance to live in a neighborhood that combines long-time Indianapolis staples like Indiana Farm Bureau, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Iaria's, with new hotspots like Metazoa Brewing, the Indy Cultural Trail and the ever-growing list of new restaurants in Fountain Square.

Real estate is always about location, and Mayor Hogsett knows we got it right for The Vue:

While our downtown has undergone tremendous change and tremendous growth over the course of the last few decades, there remain still untapped pockets all throughout the downtown area, and this happens to be one of them. And you're filling it very, very well. And as economic development continues to propel the growth of Indianapolis, particularly in our downtown, it is critical that we keep pace in providing accommodations to house our city's professionals of all ages. Thankfully, Herman & Kittle Properties is ensuring that that gap is filled, as the Vue Luxury Apartments are nothing less than an enticing place to call home right here in our downtown district. Indeed, the people who live and who will move into these apartments, will love it. I know that to be a fact.

Residents can truly find the perfect combination of beauty, style and convenience. As of today, we have just about 140 residents enjoying the wide array of amenities we have here at The Vue- the fully stocked coffee bar, our beautiful pool and outdoor space and the dedicated yoga room are to mention just a few. We even have one of the few apartment community bark parks for our four-legged residents! And topping it all- our amazing roof top deck with spectacular views of our great city!

And speaking of our great city, we were very fortunate to receive the support of the City of Indianapolis as we developed The Vue.  As the recipients of a Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Grant, we were able to clean up this piece of land, providing additional benefit to the area and the citizens of Indianapolis. I greatly appreciate the support the City provided and thank them for their partnership.

The Vue really highlights our Commitment value- commitment to both our work and our surrounding community. It started 5.5 years ago on a lot with environmental contamination and has now progressed into a stunning property offering convenient living options on land that has been remediated of contaminants. We are proud that our work not only benefits our residents, but those in the neighborhoods around us.
